RINGRADAR

We will be using RingRadar as the Empire Arabian Spring Horse Show online show software.  RingRadar makes entering the show easy and paperless! You will need to set-up an account to enter horses and pay on-line. The software is user friendly and secure.  Once you have an account, you can view your schedule, access classes, and obtain results all on-line. 

 

First, create an account.

 

CREATE AN ACCOUNT:

1.  Go to ringradar.com and click on Login from the menu bar.

2.  On the Login page, click Sign-up.

3.  Enter your information, then click continue.

4.  A verification link will be sent to the email address you entered for

     your sign-up information.

5.  Check your email and click the link.  You will be directed to your

     RingRadar account.

 

SEARCH FOR SHOW:

You can use the search bar to enter Show Name.  Our show name is Empire Arabian Spring Horse Show

 

ENTERING THE SHOW:

Be sure you logged into your RingRadar account and selected the correct show. 

1.  On the show page, Click Enter and you are taken to the “Enter A

     Show” page.

2.  You may select HORSE, RIDER, or TRAINER from the

      drop-down menus if you previously registered them in your

      account.  You can add a new HORSE, RIDER, or TRAINER

      by going to the bottom of drop-down menu.

3.  Add classes.

4.  If your horse has multiple riders, use the SELECT RIDER

     drop-down first before selecting classes.

5.  After selecting classes, you can review the fees.

6.  Be sure to add payment information and click save.

 

IT IS REQUIRED YOU PROVIDE PAYMENT INFORNATION TO BE CONSIDERED ENTERED AND AVOID LATE FEES.

This DOES NOT mean your card will be charged.  Providing your credit card/debit card information is required to enter the show.  Your card will be charged by the Show Office at time of check-in.

 

You may also fill out and sign required forms through RingRadar.  You can click the sign form button to sign immediately or use the “Send” icon to have the form sent to that specific email.

 

You can upload Health Documents to your RingRadar account.
