High-Point Awards 2024

​

        ESAHA held it annual high-point awards banquet on a snowy January 20th at The Reef in Memphis.  The evening began with cocktail hour and socializing followed by a buffet dinner of top sirloin with rosemary demi glace and roasted red potatoes and chicken Parmesan with penne a la vodka. Many members commented on what a great job the restaurant did…the food was excellent!  Throughout the meal, members enjoyed a slide show presentation of their horses from the 2023 season; showing, trail-riding or just having fun in the pasture or at lessons.

        Following dinner, Vice-president Dan Weeks was the evening’s emcee.  Darlene Barr began the live auction which quickly got competitive for many of the great items people brought.  Dan announced awards when the auction paused. The evening finished with cake and coffee and even more socializing. It was a wonderful time so if you missed the fun please join us for next year’s banquet and don’t forget to nominate your horse for 2024’s year-end awards.  Forms are available on our website!
