Please be aware that
all results and points must be submitted (post-marked)
by NOVEMBER 1st, 2008. The High Score Committee will be
unable to accept results submitted after the deadline has
passed. It is the responsibility of each entrant to keep track of and
to submit the following information with their results:
A)
For Non-Rated, Open Shows, and Open Classes*;
*Open (to other or all breeds) Classes from A, B or
C-rated shows (Breeders, Eastern Classic, Elmira, State
Fair, etc.).
1) A copy of the prize list or showbill
2) Show secretary's name and address
3) Placing in class
B)
For Rated Shows:
1)
Name, Date and Rating of each show
2)
Class # and name of each class entered
3)
Placing in class*
(In the case of Non-Regional Shows who place
Championships as Top 5 or Top 8 versus actual
lst-8th placings, it is your responsibility to
check with the Show Secretary for your actual
number placing for purposes of submitting
results.
Just a reminder... ALL RESULTS must be submitted on
the
official ESAHA HIGH SCORE RESULTS FORM only.
Results
submitted in alternative formats will be returned.
